5. Bookings, Payments & Refunds
- Payments made through the Platform (including agent recharges, lead purchases, or package bookings) are subject to the payment terms shown at checkout.
- Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling policies may vary by package and operator. Please review the specific package terms before booking.
- In case of disputed charges or failed transactions, contact us promptly with transaction details.
- Service fees, platform charges, or lead credits (where applicable) may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
6. Agent Responsibilities
Agents using the Platform agree to:
- Provide accurate package information, pricing, and inclusions.
- Handle customer inquiries and bookings professionally and lawfully.
- Comply with all applicable travel, tourism, and consumer protection laws.
- Not misuse leads, spam customers, or engage in fraudulent activity.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including logos, text, graphics, software, and branding — is owned by or licensed to HolidayBaba Live. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.
8. Prohibited Conduct
